Money is tight for me, like it is for a lot of people right now, and I have a tendency to worry and expect the worst. Joe could have come out and told me I needed a new roof and I probably would’ve taken him at his word. Instead, he told me my roof is in good shape and will be for another 8 to 12 years.

Apex was great to work with! I needed help with a roof inspection as part of a sale and had very little time. Chris came out the next day and had a report for me in less than 24 hours! Then when it came time to decide on a replacement contractor, they tied for best warranties, were the most responsive, and out-competed on value for dollar.
Lastly, they got me on the schedule for 2–4 weeks but had the roof and cleanup done in less than 2! Very responsive, committed to finding and correcting issues, great company and team!!
