Working with Joe to get our old leaky roof fixed has been a pleasure. Once we were ready to go, the process was very quick. The house is dry again and looks better than it has in a long while. He and his crew took some tricky extras in their stride, too. Whilst we’re hoping not to be re-roofing again any time soon, no complaints and we’d use Apex again (assuming I’m not tempting fate when the new roof is less than a week old!).

Came to My Rescue and Stopped the Leaks Nov 24, 2024

I want to thank Joe and Nikko for coming to my rescue. A few weeks ago I noticed a small water stain on my dining room ceiling. I immediately called Joe, as I had his number from previous roof work he had done for me. He responded right away and was able to come out that afternoon. He evaluated the roof, taking pictures and showing me what the issue was: my skylights were not properly flashed and water was getting in through those areas. We made plans to have Joe and Nikko come and do the repairs. Unfortunately, the rains came really hard in the next week and the water stain grew and water was seeping through. I called Joe in a panic and he came out that afternoon and got the area of concern all covered with a tarp. Getting it covered right away stopped the leaking. From that point, with the weather/rain being unpredictable, they stayed on call. When the bomb cyclone wind storm was expected, Joe came out and made sure the tarp was secure and would hold through the storm, which it did. At the first sign of a dry day, Joe and Nikko came right out. After removing the roofing around the skylight, they saw areas of plywood that needed replacing. They came prepared with plywood and got the areas of concern cut out and replaced, and were able to get the rest of the roofing repairs completed and all cleaned up. Thank you Joe and Nikko, your patience with working with Washington weather and willingness to be on call for the dry day, along with all your work you put in, are greatly appreciated! Cathy

Nikko from Apex Roofing was excellent. My house, being only 6-1/2 years old, developed a leak due to a poor job performed by the original roofer that was contracted by the builder. The original roofer refused to provide any support, so I had to find another option to fix the roof. Nikko promptly came over to perform a free estimate to assess the issue, provided an honest diagnosis of the issue, and offered a quote on the fix at a competitive rate. During the scheduled repair, he was able to finish the vent replacement within a couple of hours and showed me how much better it looked vs. beforehand. I recommend Nikko and Apex Roofing for any roof maintenance/service needs in the future!

Apex was a great group to work with. We needed some roof work done, including new decking because of a mold issue. Nathan from Apex worked with us closely through the whole process. It was very low pressure, which was a relief after having recently dealt with DaBella. Due to the mold issue, they were able to schedule the work just a couple of weeks out, which was great. The real test came after the initial work, when we found that not all the expected decking was replaced. This was due to an internal communication issue on the Apex side. Fortunately, the bill only reflected the decking that was replaced. Nathan came by and did a final inspection to make sure we were happy with the work. We raised the issue and they worked really hard to make it right. Ultimately, they knocked 1,300 off the final bill and addressed some existing venting code violations by installing some new roof vents for the bathroom fans at no cost. All throughout the process, they were very responsive to communications from us and very eager to make it right. You can tell a good company by how they respond when things don’t go perfectly. Apex was a great group to work with.

After doing research and product offered from separate companies, Apex gave the best price. No pushy sales, but check in every so often to see if I was ready. After a major wind storm, the roof was in need of replacement. The paperwork was easy to understand. Once the roof got started after the deposit, which only took two days. Joe was awesome; he checked in after the job. I noticed a small detail that needed attention, and his crew resolved it in a timely manner. This company knows what they are doing. I would highly recommend to a friend.

I just had my roof and shop roofed by Apex Roofing. Rick and his crew arrived about 20 minutes early and got to work setting up all their equipment and then began tearing off both layers of my old roof and began working on the new roof. I was amazed at what it takes today to install a new roof. The crew stayed until 7. Rick came back that evening to help me take care of a split board in my attic. This was after he had gone home for dinner. He also was able to find end caps for my gutters and he put them on. How many companies have people who work for them that would do that? Very few. I am completely satisfied with the roof and the workmanship from Apex Roofing and highly recommended them for any and all roofing projects. I recommended Apex Roofing to one of my neighbors and Rick went over and gave her a bid and she too had Apex Roofing install a new roof on her house and she is extremely satisfied with the product and workmanship done by the Apex installers.
