Where other contractors send separate sales and execution teams, with salespeople who don't know about performing the work, Apex sent Joe Bergin, who did my estimate and managed my project. He demonstrated mastery of roofing technology in his approach and answers to my questions. Where other contractors exerted pressure to sign, Joe earned my business by demonstrating excellence, making a strong offer, and straight-shooting without a heavy-handed sales pitch or "hard close." I would use Apex again.

Apex exceeded my expectations in all areas. Pete Barner provides the best in personable, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service. Their price was very reasonable compared to some competitive bids. Other roofers no-quoted, but Pete and his expert crew came in with skill, materials, and a can-do attitude to get the job done. Other roofers were literally 6 months out, while Apex was onsite and starting the job within 3 weeks. The roofing crew was incredibly hard-working; they worked 12–14 hour days and had the job nearly completed in two days. They cleaned up the job site thoroughly and had a guy come back to do some final details and finish cleaning up on the third day. These guys are the best and I highly recommend them.

Apex has some real advantages in roofing that led me to use them. Steve was very clear and accurate in his communication. That Apex had schedule openings was important as I had other issues to pay attention to and the roof issue was sort of a surprise and needed to be taken care of.
Everything took place and the effort was very well organized and everything in place. The crew was all business but pleasant and they went right to it. They documented some issues as I couldn't be present. They came and went very quietly and cleanup was thorough.
