We had a great experience with Apex Roofing. Our old roof began to leak, and Pete was able to come out very quickly to evaluate it. This was a relief as it can be difficult to find contractors that serve Pullman, WA. He was a pleasure to work with and kind enough to patch our roof at no cost to stop continued water damage until his team could come out to do a full replacement. Communication was excellent— he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each roofing option and discuss which would work best for our home in particular. Work began quickly and was completed quickly, all went smoothly, and the roof looks fantastic! We’ve had our new roof for over a year now and it’s as good as ever.

Great people to work with. Larry was fabulous great communication. Everything was right on time if not even a little bit early. The price was good. The team that worked on our roof worked very well together. They were hard at it till the job was done. Very respectful young man. They cleaned everything up. There was no damage done and even went out of there way so my doggie ramp was not damaged at all. Highly recommend Apex roofing.

Pricing was arguably close on all quotes, but Bryan’s professional yet personal sales approach tipped the scales to Apex. The installation crew were hard working, polite and courteous. I’ll admit that I was concerned about final clean up, but they did an amazing job!

Pete Barner was very helpful in determining what issues my existing roof had, and how to remedy them during the reroof. He was always very responsive to my questions, calls, texts, and emails. The crew completed the entire project (stripping, repairing sheathing issues, installating underlayment, shingles, drip edge & ridge vents, and final cleanup) in one day...amazing! Apex recently replaced the roof on our house and an associated cottage we own. They were easy to work with from the start. Steve Wills gave a realistic estimate and was very patient answering my questions. He was able to schedule us much sooner than we expected; showed up early, and did both roofs in less than two days. And when the crew left, every place pieces of the demolished roof had landed was cleaner than before they arrived.

The estimate we accepted was not the lowest from among those we received, but the professionalism, hard work, and quality of Steve and his crew left us quite pleased.

I received estimates last year in planning for a roof replacement this spring. Jeff with Apex provided a thorough estimate, using his drone to view my roof. After speaking with six roofing companies I chose Apex. Jeff is wonderful to work with, his crew was hard working and thorough. My roof replacement was completed in under 11 hours and I couldn’t be happier. Everything was cleaned up and except for a new roof, no one could tell anything was done.

Jeff followed up the day following installation to view the roof and area around my home. He provided me with photos of my roof so I can see firsthand the workmanship.

These folks were great! I thought their quote was fair. They quickly got me on their schedule and completed the job within two days. They were mindful of the plants around the foundation and did a great job of cleaning up excess roofing nails in the lawn and landscape. I would highly recommend them. I have two other properties and will not hesitate to use Apex Roofing again when they need new roofs.

APEX did a excellent job on out roof last summer (‘24). I have a big and complicated roof. They worked hard, but adjusting their schedules on hot days to keep their team safe. Did a reasonable cleanup job, though still finding an occasional nail afterwards. Liked working with all the team. Cost was within budget. Very happy with finished product!

We had some great service getting a new roof put on the house. The old one was in pretty bad shape, with shingles stapled down and even some doubled-up shingles. The crew worked super fast and did a really good job. They also added new gutters to the house, which was needed too.

Our first big rain came through and the roof held up perfectly: no leaks at all! So far everything’s been solid, and we still have the warranty for peace of mind. We really appreciate the hard work and the well-done job. No complaints so far!

Apex replaced four roofs at my farm on some outbuildings and a large 30s built barn. They do their work fast and efficiently. They always showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do (no excuses, not one). A couple of the jobs were tricky to figure out because the buildings were old and out of square. But Apex engineered the perfect solutions. The crew was courteous and prompt and they did a good job cleaning up afterward. Their foreman was easy to get a hold of and attentive to my concerns. I used Apex for my new gutters. The gutters went up quickly with no problems at the time. When it finally rained, there was a corner that was not catching the water correctly. I sent a video and pictures to Apex, they sent out a tech to do a fix, was told to reach out when it rained again. It did finally rain again, several months later after original install, sent new video and pics, a tech was sent out and this time a better fix was done and all is well. The techs were always pleasant and helpful.

I would recommend Apex Roofing for any roof replacement or repair. I received several bids and they all were comparable. The house is over 100 years old and had multiple layers. Including a steel roof. Apex was punctual and had the work completed in just over 1 day. That was a complete tear off and resheet.

Our experience with Apex roofing was great. After having signed with another contractor and waiting almost a year for them to get our project scheduled, we decided to switch to Apex.

Fall was setting in and we wanted our roof done before the cold weather. Jeff, at Apex, was the supervisor/salesman for our project and was there from start to finish. He did a great job with communicating with us and dealing with things as they came up. Jeff was able to put together a crew and get started within a couple of weeks. All the guys were hard working and kept the work area clean at night.

Jeff Faulkner was very easy to work with pulling together all aspects of my new roof. There were some glitches with the look of the flashing for my 1939 house. Originally it wasn't what it should look like for this era of a house. It was redone to my satisfaction. Now all is well and I am once again very happy with the results. Older houses frequently have quirks that are often difficult to anticipate. Jeff facilitated a job well done.

Apex was very professional all the way through the process. Larry explained everything clearly and the shingles arrived on time with the crew coming the next day. Larry was always available. We opted to stay inside during the job and were treated to a variety of sounds, bumps, etc. The crew was very efficient and had a ground cleanup going constantly. We were and are extremely happy with the result. The one thing we did not learn about was the "new roof smell" as our new top settled into its oneness. It was the sweet smell of we'll be dry!

Apex Roofing reroofed our home and our son’s home in 2023 after severe hail damage. Jeff, in particular, and the team were exceptionally responsive and the job was beautifully done. Jeff also helped us through the insurance claim process. We had gutters installed at that time with covers on a portion of the gutters. A few weeks ago, we decided to add more covers to a large section of the previously installed gutters and not surprisingly, Jeff’s response was quick (courteous and helpful too), and we were back on the schedule. His gutter team was fast and efficient and cleaned up completely. We couldn’t be happier with the results from Apex Roofing in both instances!
